These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of karskgames.com (the “Site”) and any related community channels operated by Karsk Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Are

Karsk Games is a small independent studio developing No Man’s Land, a multiplayer military game currently in early development. The Site exists to share updates about that development, provide information about future Access Key purchases, and host the Karsk Launcher once it is available.

Use Of The Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this Site by anyone else. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its underlying systems, or any related networks.

Game Editions And Access Keys

Game Editions are not currently available for purchase. When they become available, additional terms specific to that purchase, including pricing, refund eligibility, and what each edition includes, will be presented to you before you complete a transaction. No Man’s Land is in early development, and any build made available through an Access Key is an early, unfinished build, not the final game.

Intellectual Property

No Man’s Land, the Karsk Games name and logo, and all related names, art, and content are the property of Karsk Games unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, redistribute, or use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Community Conduct

If you participate in our Discord or other community channels, you also agree to follow that platform’s rules and any community guidelines we publish there. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for anyone who violates those guidelines.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party services, such as Discord, social media platforms, or a future payment processor. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

Disclaimer Of Warranties

The Site, and any information about No Man’s Land presented on it, including timelines, features, and roadmap milestones, are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Development plans are subject to change, and we make no guarantee that any particular feature, date, or milestone will be met.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karsk Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Site and our plans evolve. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction, to be specified by Karsk Games], without regard to conflict of law principles.
