This Privacy Policy explains what information Karsk Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to karskgames.com and any related pages we operate.

We are a small, independent studio and this policy reflects where we are today. No Man’s Land is still in early development, and this policy will be updated as new features, such as Game Edition purchases and launcher accounts, go live.

Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. If you email us, message us on Discord, or otherwise contact us, we receive whatever information you choose to share, such as your email address and the contents of your message.

Information from third-party platforms. If you join our Discord community, your interactions there are governed by Discord’s own privacy policy and terms, not this one. We do not control what Discord collects.

Website usage data. Our website is hosted as a static site. We do not currently run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Our hosting provider may log basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, for security and performance purposes, as is standard for most web hosts.

Future purchase information. Game Editions are not currently available for purchase. When purchasing opens, payment processing will be handled by a third-party payment processor. We will never see or store your full payment card details. We will update this policy with specifics before any purchase flow goes live.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Operate and improve this website
• Communicate updates about No Man’s Land, if you have opted in to do so
• Process purchases and deliver Access Keys, once purchasing is available

This website does not currently set tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes, for example to support account sign-in for the Karsk Launcher or store checkout, we will update this policy and provide appropriate controls.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. No Man’s Land is a mature military simulation intended for an adult and teen audience consistent with its eventual content rating.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the site and game evolve. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Material changes, particularly around purchases and accounts, will be highlighted on this site.
