End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) will govern your use of the Karsk Launcher and No Man’s Land (together, the “Software”) once they are available for download. By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA.
The Karsk Launcher and No Man’s Land are not currently available for download. This EULA is published in advance so you know what to expect before Access Keys and the launcher go live, and may be revised before that happens.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Karsk Games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Ownership
The Software is licensed to you, not sold. Karsk Games retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all associated intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
Access Keys And Accounts
Use of the Software will require a valid Access Key tied to an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and Access Key confidential. Sharing, reselling, or transferring your Access Key outside of any process we officially provide is not permitted.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits this activity
- Copy, redistribute, sublicense, or make the Software available to third parties
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the Software
- Use the Software for any commercial purpose without our written permission
Updates
The Karsk Launcher may automatically download and install updates to itself and to No Man’s Land. These updates are necessary to keep the Software functional and secure.
Term And Termination
This license remains in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your license and access to the Software if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software.
Disclaimer Of Warranty
The Software is provided “as is,” particularly during early development and playtest phases, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karsk Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction, to be specified by Karsk Games], without regard to conflict of law principles.
